New Head of Community Housing Services Appointed

We are pleased to announce that Gary Naylor has been appointed as Head of Community Housing Services. Currently at Peaks and Plains Housing Trust, (Macclesfield, near Manchester), Gary has been appointed to replace Brian Gannon who is now Chief Executive at West of Scotland Housing Association.
Gary is an experienced Repair and Neighbourhood Regional Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation management industry. Skilled in Coaching, Strategic Planning and Change Management and head of an award winning Repairs Team at the Housing Heroes Awards 2018.
Gary, at Peaks & Plains has led their digital development using Capita’s OpenAccess software to create a tenant portal, integrated with its OpenHousing, DRS and Totalmobile software for housing management, scheduling and mobile working. Prior to that Gary has come through the housing management route with both Irwell Valley Housing Association and Wigan and Leigh Housing.

Gary will take up the position early 2020.
