Coronavirus Information

We are continuing to monitor the daily updates on the coronavirus from NHS Inform to ensure we are following the correct guidance to keep staff and customers safe from infection. We would respectfully ask that, if you have returned from any of the specified areas in the last 14 days as detailed on the NHS Inform website, or have been in contact with anyone who has returned from those areas in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has or is suspected to have the coronavirus, please do not enter the office
We will also be asking customers if they have been to any of these specified areas before arranging home visits or carrying out interviews in our office. Our staff will not be expected to visit or carry out an interview for fourteen days if customers report that they have been to one of the specified areas.
Please help us to be in a position to keep our housing service running throughout the coming difficult period. Unless it is necessary – do not visit us in any of our offices. Please either use our mobile app, (which you can use 24/7), phone us or e-mail us. All our individual direct contact details are on our website on the Our Staff page in the 'About Us' section and listed in our spring 2020 newsletter.
Whilst we will endeavour to keep our customers informed of actions that we intend to take, please be aware that we may be required to make immediate changes to our normal operations at any time.
