All Change in Housing Management

We have implemented some changes to staffing in our Housing Management Department.
We no longer have Housing Team Leaders for each of our main areas. Instead, we have three Managers (who are in turn line managed by Brian Gannon, Head of Housing) responsible for their respective functions across all Thenue areas:
Lorraine Dallas, Area Services Manager (pictured right)
Responsible for a team of staff that deals with issues such as lettings, estate, tenancy and void management, anti-social behaviour.
Gail Gribben, Income & Repairs Manager (pictured centre)
Responsible for two teams of staff that deal with maximising our rental income (this includes assisting those tenants with rent arrears) and our day to day repairs service.
Paola Doyle, Housing Support Manager (pictured left)
Reponsible for a team of staff that deals with issues such as supported and sheltered housing, tenancy support and management of our housing lists.
Some further changes will take place when we move to our new office in early 2012. Details will be posted on our website.
