We're Back! Office Re-opened Today 23rd August

Last updated: 12.33pm, Tuesday 31st August 2021 by

We are pleased to tell you our office has re-opened today (Monday 23rd August). But remember if you want to come and see us you MUST book an appointment. This is to ensure we strictly adhere to procedures to ensure you and our staff remain safe.

There will be no office appointment slots available on Fridays. Currently there is no availability on the following dates: on August 23, 24 30 or 31.

Our phone lines are of course working and you can contact us through our App, in person, or by using the contact form on our website www.thenuehousing.co.uk

As we have said before we recognise how difficult these last 18 months-have been for so many of you. Your patience, fortitude and willingness to help your neighbours and others in our communities along with support for your housing association have been an inspiration to us all in the Thenue family.

For those of you who do come to visit us, you will notice some changes to the office. Screens have been installed along with sanitation points. It is important that you not only ARE safe but FEEL safe. Safety first is our overwhelming priority.

As mentioned above and from today (23 August) in order that we can manage visitor numbers with what will be a reduced staff presence, all face-to-face visits initially to our office will be via appointment only which you can book online or simply phone us to arrange.
Both our Community Centres, (Calton Heritage & Learning Centre and Netherholm Community Hall), are also re-open in line with Scottish Government Covid 19 guiding principles and subject to appropriate risk assessments, (based on the potential users).

Physical distancing and hygiene measures are in place and people using the centres will either be required to wear a face covering (unless exempt) when moving around the Centres and/or not seated.

Your summer Thenue newsletter is arriving with you any time now – some of you may already have received it - and you can learn more about what we are doing to keep you safe and the way forward for us as your housing association.

We would also like to draw your attention to a survey in the centre pages of the newsletter which we would ask you to complete so we can get your views on a range of important issues. Please help us by filling it in.
