Thenue App Closure on Friday 29th November 2024
Following an upgrade to our IT systems, the current Thenue app will be closed on Friday 29th November 2024. Our new system will allow tenants to access information and services through an online portal, and further details will be provided when this service goes live.
In the meantime, if you currently pay your rent using the app, you will need to use one of the alternative payment methods listed below. If you need to discuss your payments or rent account balance, please contact our Income Maximisation Team by calling 0141 550 3581, selecting Option 2 then Option 1.
HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT
1. By Direct Debit - If you wish to pay by direct debit, a member of the Income Maximisation team will be happy to explain the procedure. All Direct Debits are set up online and this can either be done over the phone or in person. You can set your Direct Debit up for either weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly payments from your bank account.
2. By Telephone - Callpay is a service which allows tenants to make payments towards their rent account over the phone. To use this service, we will need your name, address, debit card details and the amount you wish to pay. You can call us on 0141 550 3581 and choose option 2, and then option 1, where you will be transferred to a member of our Income Maximisation Team.
3. Using your debit card at our office - You can come to our main office at 423 London Road and use our chip and pin facility. All you require is a current debit card, and you can pay your rent at our reception. Please note that we do not accept cash.
4. Online Payments - We accept internet payments via the allpay service. If you do not have an account and wish to set one up visit www.allpay.net. To register you will need to have an email address and your 19-digit reference number found on your allpay card. Once your account is set up to make a payment you should click on “Make a Bill Payment”.
5. At any Post Office, or any shop or garage which displays the PAYzone or PAYpoint sign
You can pay your rent using your rent payment card with either cash or cheque. Your card will be swiped to record the payment and you will be given a receipt. Keep your receipt in your payment card wallet as proof of payment. If you pay by cheque, you should always allow at least three working days for the payment to reach us.
6. By Bank Transfer - You can send payment to Thenue Housing, Bank of Scotland, Sort Code 80-83-44, Account Number 10029865. Please make sure you use your 6-digit tenancy reference number (5*****) as the payment reference to ensure this is correctly allocated to your account. If you don’t know your tenancy reference number, please contact the Income Maximation Team to confirm.
7. By Post to our Head Office - You can send a cheque made payable to Thenue Housing Association at 423 London Road, Glasgow, G40 1AG. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
