Smoke Detector Upgrade Programme

We have almost completed the programme to upgrade all Thenue tenanted properties in line with new Government legislation to enhance the smoke, heat and Carbon Monoxide detection in properties.
MEARS have been visiting tenants since the start of the programme to ensure all tenants have smoke alarms in their living rooms and hallways, a heat detector in the kitchen and Carbon Monoxide detector in Gas heated properties. All the alarms are linked to ensure they all operate when smoke/heat or carbon monoxide is detected, resulting in an earlier warning of any potential issues.
