The summer edition of the Thenue newsletter is out now.

You can read it here on our website and copies will be delivered to all customers either by post or via email.

Our front page story focuses on our tenant survey which is just about to begin.

Please read this article as it tells you why we undertake such surveys and why they are important to us as a way of listening to what you have to say.

Research company Research Resource will be conducting this survey using a combination of telephone and face-to-face interviews. These will take place between the end of August and the end of September.

Not everyone will be contacted but if you are, please help us by participating so we know what you are thinking. And remember if you receive a visit from a Research Resource staff member ensure you see their identification. NEVER let anyone into your home if you are unsure of their credentials.

Meanwhile, the packed 16-page edition of the newsletter contains our popular “Cashpoint” section offering help on the cost of living crisis and updates on State benefits PLUS the remarkable news that our hard-working financial inclusion team have put £1.1 million back in YOUR pockets.
