Our office will be closed on Monday 6th May. If you have an emergency repair, please phone 0141 550 3581 where you will find options to be put through to our contractors.

Out of hours emergency repairs to central heating or hot water call CTS on 0333 202 0708.
Out of hours emergency repairs to the communal close door or intercom, call Dalkia on 0844 809 4340.
All other out of hours emergency repairs call Mears between 9am – 5pm on 01236 793367 or 0370 191 0001 after 5pm.
If you are a tenant at the Landressy Place Development and have an emergency, please call McLaughlin’s out of hours emergency number shown in your Welcome Pack.
Our office will reopen on Tuesday 7th May 2024.
