Non-Emergency Repairs

We are committed to providing the best repairs services we possibly can during the current climate. Unfortunately due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation we are unable to carry out a full repairs service at the present time but, as per Government Guidelines, we continue to attend to all emergency repairs. The repairs team have been working hard to ensure that all the non-emergency jobs reported have been logged onto the system to be processed once we are safely able to do so.
Once restrictions are lifted staff will work through the backlog of jobs contacting tenants to arrange access for their repair. If you have already reported a repair please be patient as we work through the list as this process may take several weeks to complete. If you have reported a repair, we will be in touch to discuss it with you as soon as possibly.
