Missed Bin Collections

If you have a missed bin collection you can get in touch with the council to report this in several ways:

By phone on 0141 287 9700
By visiting Glasgow.gov.uk/missedbincollection and filling in the on-line form.
On-line by downloading the MyGlasgow app from the App store or Google Play.

By visiting Glasgow.gov.uk/missedbincollection you will also find information on why a bin collection may have been missed, what steps to take before you report a missed collection, how long it will take before a bin will be collected and how you can cancel your request.

Please note Thenue Housing does not deal with missed bin collections and this needs to be reported direct to Glasgow City Council
