Thenue's "Charter Report" is Published

We have now published our latest “Charter Report.”

Each year we are required to complete what’s known as the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC for short) and submit this to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
It is a requirement for housing providers like Thenue to produce this report to enable you as tenants and others to see how we are performing.

This report summarises all of the statistics that the Scottish Housing Regulator publishes and we are able to compare our own performance with the Scottish average, the Registered Social Landlord average and our performance last year.

We hope that this information is useful for you to benchmark our performance. We carried out a tenant satisfaction survey during October 2023 and these figures have been used for this year’s satisfaction figures.
